Meditation

The goal of meditation is not to control your thought, it’s just letting it free, and see it to stop them controlling you. We made it possible by guide you through the last four steps of Ashtanga yoga (Prathyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi) by a unique blend of counselling and other psychological techniques with classical meditation.

Our meditation technique is developed as a personalized guided interactive meditation developed to transcend the subtle layers of our being which helps the person to identify the root cause of the disease and uproot them.
