Why do these causes remain so unknown? Most of the time the cause of such physical difficulties is not physical but mental. The reason why these problems remain unknown is that they look for physical causes only.
Psychosomatic diseases are physical illnesses caused or worsened by a mental or emotional factor such as internal conflict or stress. These Psychosomatic diseases are problems caused by the mind (Psyche) and the body (Soma). The reality is that people who suffer from psychosomatic problems like this do not feel their mental difficulties excessively. They will not be convinced that the cause of their physical problems is the mind. They will say that there is no tension. That is the problem.
Many illnesses – considered physical – are caused or worsened by a psychological factor. Back pain, Scoliosis, Disc prolapse/degeneration, different types of paralysis etc. Autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis. Pain disorders like fibromyalgia, tension myositis syndrome, Migraine & psychological distress like insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression etc.
When there is no awareness about mental difficulties, when there is no way out, when there is no reason to bring this mental difficulty, it accumulates in the body.
If the cause is physical, treatment begins once it is identified. But once the psychological causes are identified, the treatment ends.
